Jackson, MI -- Congressman Tim Walberg (MI-05) recognized Dave Welihan from Jackson as the Veteran of the Month for October, presenting him with the Congressional Record containing his remarks honoring Dave's service and legacy.
Dave Welihan served in the U.S. Army from 1971 through 1974 and has dedicated his life to supporting the veteran community. He formerly acted as a Veteran Service Officer, a commander of the American Legion Richard F. Smith Post 29, and the Director of the Jackson County Veterans Affairs Office.
