MSIV Invests in Fairfax’s Your360 AI

Q&A with Co-Founder & CEO Jared Goralnick

Monday, September 14, 2026 from Fairfax, CA

In 2021, Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures launched the North Bay's first regional venture capital fund and began deploying capital into Marin + Sonoma's most promising startup companies.

Today, we are excited to share details around our investment in Your360 AI, a Fairfax-based HR technology company on a mission to boost every professional's career through transformative feedback at work.

Your360 conducts voice-driven 360-degree interviews that rival the depth of human-led $10,000+ executive assessments. For just a few hundred dollars, Your360 assessments are voice AI-led, making it possible for anyone in a company to receive the actionable private feedback they need to grow.

Why We Invested

The tools available for professionals to receive useful feedback at work have progressed too slowly in recent years. Written surveys are not only tedious, but they seldom cut through niceties to obtain transformative feedback. Peer input from performance reviews must be written down and most often contain manicured insights given the measurement objectives of the platforms.

Conversational interviews break down these barriers, and it's why leading executive teams have long leveraged human-led interviews to gain actionable feedback. Yet for large companies with thousands of employees, it has never been practical to conduct interviews across a wide swath of hundreds of managers. Scheduling requires coordinating two human calendars across working hours, and the price tag of engaging consultants to first take in and then synthesize feedback across a large enterprise is cost prohibitive.

Your360 eliminates these dual challenges of cost and scalability. The platform combines self-reflection, peer input, and AI-generated debriefs, leading to a feedback experience that eliminates awkward conversations, human and budget bottlenecks, and clunky written surveys. Voice is their key unlock, as the Your360 voice-based interviews reveal patterns across dozens of conversations to inform real decisions and change.

While many startups are aspirational in painting a picture of leveraging AI to unlock the full human potential of working professionals, Your360 is literal in its work directly ushering in that future. Coaching-grade, interview-based 360s capture what coworkers really think, and the Your360 platform can help reveal organizational patterns that leaders need to see.

Your360 Co-Founder & CEO Jared Goralnick is on his third startup journey with two previous exits under his belt. His HR tech product background runs deep, having served as Head of Product for LinkedIn Recruiter and VP Product at Upwork. Co-Founder and Head of Growth Renata Bell served alongside Jared at LinkedIn as Director and Head of Go-to-Market for LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and Co-Founder & CTO Sergio Kaszczyszyn, who worked with Jared at a previous startup, was part of the founding engineering team at Ring (the doorbell company) before five years post-acquisition as an engineering manager at Amazon.

MSIV is proud to have backed this experienced team as part of its most recent financing, and we're excited for Your360 to help write the next chapter of North Bay-based HR tech innovation.

MSIV Founder & Managing Partner Zachary Kushel sat down with Your360 Co-Founder & CEO Jared Goralnick to discuss his founder journey and Your360's efforts to democratize access to feedback at work.

ZK: Jared, where did the inspiration come from for you to launch Your360?

JG: I've long been obsessed with the quantification of feedback and using technology to optimize and get stronger. I'm a big runner, and I've used devices like Garmin and Oura to track how I'm performing. But at work we haven't had the same types of measurement tools.

AI changed part of that fast. It can sit in your meetings and tell you what was said, which is powerful. But the feedback that actually changes a career is the feedback nobody writes down: how you're showing up, and what the people closest to you think might be holding you back.

The possibility I saw was voice AI asking on your behalf. It can interview the people around you and probe the way a good coach does, which means there's finally a way to understand how you're perceived at work. I've been working in the 'future of work' field for 18 years, and when I realized voice could help people get the highest quality feedback, I knew I needed to jump in and build what became Your360.

ZK: Tell us more about the Your360 platform - what does it do and how does it work?

JG: Your360 is a voice AI that acts like an executive coach conducting what's called an interview-based 360. Over the past few decades, companies have engaged coaches to interview the key people surrounding an executive to synthesize feedback and provide actionable ways to improve. Given the time-intensive and manual nature of this process, it's expensive and has been available only to senior executives.

Our voice AI plays the role of that executive coach and interviews you and the people you work with. It then builds a constructive and actionable plan for improvement from the feedback gained. Most people dismiss feedback if it's perceived as too generic, or if it's delivered inappropriately or at a time the recipient is not in the right headspace to process. Our voice AI delivers it privately, with real examples, at a pace you control.

ZK: If you are successful at unlocking feedback at scale for all professionals, what do you think that will mean for the future of work?

JG: We've all seen what AI has done for transcription and research, but perception is still the missing piece, and the opportunity for us to bring perception-based feedback to tens of millions of people is what gets us excited for the future.

We're starting with the formal 360 process, but we have ambitions to expand our offerings to ensure professionals and companies can precisely identify how this feedback is driving their personal growth and business metrics. We want to be the platform that owns perception measurement, and in the world of AI, bolstering behavioral and leadership abilities is more important than ever as technical skills are becoming commoditized.

ZK: Please introduce us to who you are as our North Bay neighbor - what are you up to outside of work and how did you wind up in Fairfax?

Jared with his kids on the North Bay coast

JG: I think of the North Bay as the absolute best place to live, and I think of Fairfax at the center of everything we love. We moved here in 2018 for the combination of nature, community, and what we wanted for our kids. I'm an avid trail runner and I had a hard requirement to be no more than a quarter mile from a trailhead. I run several times a week, which is my happy place and my escape from distraction. We now can't go out into town without running into people we know, and our kids have the freedom to roam freely, which was important to us in developing their confidence and independence. We plan to stay here forever.

ZK: What excites you about the potential of the growing Marin + Sonoma startup community and collaborating with MSIV?

JG: The only way you make a community work is by being deeply involved in it. Running a business is hard, and it will be so much more rewarding if I have coworkers, customers, and peers surrounding me physically as we build Your360. When I ran a business in the DC area, I started a group called Bootstrap Maryland, so I really appreciate the value and importance of MSIV's work. Local entrepreneurs all have a shared affinity for this place, and I felt that strongly the moment I attended my first MSIV founder gathering.

I recently attended an industry event in Las Vegas and of all people met an HR executive who also lives in Fairfax. We met up right after we got back to Marin, and Your360 ran a 360 process for some key leaders at her company. The company became big fans of our product and we are now in discussions to expand our pilot to the entire company. That's the power of this local connection - Marin is a special place, and I know there would not have been the same level of connection had both of us been from San Francisco.

I'm eager to share the power of our platform with more North Bay companies and professionals. It'd be such a joy to collaborate with more companies across Marin + Sonoma, no matter how large or small, so please reach out to me and let's meet up at BoFax Coffee!
