FRA and the Council of Europe cooperation in 2025 report

The report on the overview of the cooperation between FRA and the Council of Europe in 2025 is available on FRA's website. It provides an overview of activities between the two organisations, as well as how FRA and the Council of Europe support each other's work in strengthening fundamental rights and the rule of law across the EU.

This includes work on equality and anti-racism, Roma inclusion, social rights, child rights, civil society, asylum and migration, AI and data protection, as well as the joint FRA-European Court of Human Rights factsheets setting out Court case-law and EU law (including case law from the Court of Justice of the EU) on topics of common interest.

The report will be presented by the FRA Director at the meeting of the Council of Europe's Group of Rapporteurs on External Relations on 22 September.

The report is available in both English and French.
