Public Notice: Proposed Lease
ADL 234829
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945
(USGS Quad Map Tyonek C-1)

Subject to AS 38.05.070(b) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 10-year lease to the McRoberts Creek Hydro for an existing 1.6-acre hydrofacility located near Palmer, Alaska. The site is located within S1/2 of Section 31 and SW1/4 of Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Seward Meridian.

The public is invited to review and comment on this Preliminary Decision. A copy of the Preliminary Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request. Questions concerning how to comment should be directed to Lyncoln Standley at (907) 269 8619 or by e-mail at [email protected], or by fax to (907) 269 8913. Individuals with audio impairments who wish to respond to this Preliminary Decision by telephone may call Relay Alaska at 711 or (800) 770 8973 for assistance at no cost.

All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 11:59 PM on October 15, 2026. To be eligible to appeal DNR's Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i) (m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
