In observance of the upcoming holidays, Fullerton City Hall will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026. City Hall will resume regular operating hours on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Please note the following information:

Graffiti removal and street sweeping services will continue as usual.

Street and park maintenance services will continue at a reduced rate. Divisions will work together to ensure services are delivered at an appropriate level.

Animal Care Services through OC Animal Care will continue to operate on a regular basis except for December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

Street sweeping will not take place on December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

Waste collection will not take place on December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026. If your regular collection day falls on one of those dates, pickup will be delayed by one day.

Christmas tree pickup services will be available. Republic recommends leaving Christmas trees next to carts for pickup at no charge; trees must be less than 6'. Please reference the Republic Services Holiday Schedule for additional information on proper tree disposal.
City Hall Closure Information
Public Works - Engineering public counters will be closed during the City Hall holiday closure. Applications for permits can still be submitted at [email protected]. Applications will be reviewed once City Hall reopens on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Maintenance Yard Closure Information
Fullerton's maintenance yard front counter will be closed to the public during the scheduled holiday closure. Residents calling the maintenance line at (714) 738-6897 will be directed to Police Dispatch for emergencies and water turn-ons.
Residents requesting water service turn-ons may do so online at Water Service Turn On After Hours.
