GCF in Burundi: Financing climate-smart agroforestry to help achieve food security

In Burundi, rain-fed agriculture and low yields leave smallholder farmers exposed to escalating climate hazards, hunger, and food insecurity. This GCF and One Acre Fund project scales up agroforestry and livelihood diversification support - helping farmers move beyond subsistence, diversify their income, and access new markets.
