Phone line issues at City offices and sites

12:15 PM 11/7/25: Most City of Norman offices and sites are currently experiencing phone line issues. Those calling may encounter thick static on the line or experienced dropped calls. Staff is looking into the issue with the City's service provider and apologize for any inconveniences.
Individuals needing to contact the City of Norman are encouraged to utilize email or online portals at this time. Find a list of City departments or hours of operation for given offices here.
