Restoring pride in Grays Cemetery

Thurrock Council is undertaking extensive grass cutting and ground maintenance throughout Grays New Cemetery, helping to improve the appearance of the site and ensure it remains a respectful place for remembrance.

The work forms part of Thurrock Council's wider commitment to improving public spaces and restoring civic pride across the borough.

Grays New Cemetery is an important community asset, providing a peaceful setting for residents visiting the graves of loved ones. The improvements will help enhance the environment for visitors while maintaining the dignity and respect the site deserves.
