Dear Colleagues,

Happy New Year! Here's wishing you a tremendous 2026. Please see the attached memorandum regarding the State of Georgia's annual business transaction filing requirement. If you had any business transactions with the State during the past year, you must file this form.

This form must be filed by Jan. 31. If you have NOT had any transactions or if you are otherwise exempted under the narrow exception outlined in the attached Memorandum, you do not need to file this form.
