Digital Asset Tax Draft Proposed Rules Posted

The Illinois Department of Revenue has posted draft proposed rules for the Digital Asset Tax Act and is accepting comments regarding those rules through October 30, 2026. The posted draft proposed rules have not been filed with the Secretary of State or submitted to JCAR.
