The Customer Care team helps with non-emergency services such as Animal Care & Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic and inquiries to the City Manager's Office
Once you see an issue, simply type in what you see, like a streetlight that is not working or park equipment in disrepair. The text message will create a service request in MyFW for one of the City's departments to fix it. When the request is closed, you will receive a text telling you what was done to complete the request.
