ATLANTA - November 5, 2026 - Aprio, the 20th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., today announces the addition of two partners to the firm's audit and tax practices. Aprio welcomes Anand Raghu, Manufacturing Advisory Services Audit Partner, and John Woodward, Tax Partner.

Anand Raghu | Manufacturing Advisory Services Audit Partner

Anand Raghu, based in New York, joins Aprio as a partner in the firm's Manufacturing Advisory Services practice. With 20 years in management consulting and business transformation, he helps private equity operating partners, portfolio companies, and middle market CFOs and COOs uncover value across supply chain, manufacturing operations, finance, and technology through targeted performance improvement programs.

Anand has led complex transformation initiatives spanning multiple workstreams, helping organizations improve operations, productivity, cost efficiency, and achieve measurable business outcomes. His work includes supply chain strategy, strategic cost management, and operational value realization through technology. He partners with executive leadership teams to identify opportunities for value creation, translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, and drive lasting improvements in profitability, scalability, and enterprise performance. Before joining Aprio, Anand held senior leadership roles at a business advisory firm, a global professional services firm, and a leading global management consulting firm.

Anand has led complex transformation initiatives spanning multiple workstreams. These initiatives help organizations improve operations, productivity, and cost efficiency and achieve measurable business outcomes. His work centers on operational performance improvement and value realization through technology. He works alongside executive leadership teams to identify value creation opportunities, turn strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, and help drive lasting improvements in profitability, scalability, and enterprise performance. Before joining Aprio, Anand held senior leadership roles at a business advisory firm, a global professional services firm, and a leading global management consulting firm.

Anand earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and completed the Post Graduate Program in Management, Marketing and Finance at Great Lakes Institute of Management.

John Woodward, CPA | Tax Partner

John Woodward, based in Chicago, joins Aprio as a tax partner, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping companies meet their tax obligations and uncover opportunities to add value. He serves corporations in manufacturing, distribution, technology, and life sciences and will help expand Aprio's presence in the Chicago market.

John specializes in corporate tax and accounting for income taxes under Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740, the standard that governs how companies report income taxes in their financial statements. Before joining Aprio, he spent more than 14 years at a national public accounting firm, where he became a partner in 2019 and led the firm's Central Region ASC 740 practice. He also served as a tax officer at a private bank in Chicago and began his career at a Big Four accounting firm.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
