Global Sumud and Thousand Madleens Flotillas (1 October 2025)
France continues to closely monitor the course of the Global Sumud and Thousand Madleens flotillas toward Gaza and the situation of the French nationals on board.
France reiterates that the safety of our fellow citizens is always a priority. The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is mobilizing all its efforts and is in close contact with its European partners, particularly through its diplomatic and consular network and its Crisis and Support Center.
The Embassy and Consulate of France in Tel Aviv are in constant contact with the relevant Israeli authorities in order to seek consular protection for our fellow citizens as soon as they arrive on Israeli soil, and to ensure their release and their return to France without undue delay.
