South of Tri-Cities Reinforcement Project; Benton County, Washington

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issued a final environmental assessment (EA) for South of Tri-Cities Reinforcement Project (DOE/EA-2291). The EA assesses the potential environmental impacts of construction of a new 500/115-kilovolt (kV) substation and 18-mile-long 115-kV transmission line in Benton County, Washington.
