That changes today. We're excited to announce the Open Beta launch of Procore Scheduling-a next-generation solution that connects your entire project timeline in real-time, from high-level milestones to daily field tasks, all within the platform you're already using. Purpose-built for construction, Procore Scheduling can help reduce data silos that cause project delays while delivering the seamless collaboration tools that help General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners drive efficiency and help mitigate risk across every project phase.
Procore Scheduling isn't just another scheduling tool-it's the power to see around corners and help keep your projects on track. Our integrated approach brings together the capabilities construction teams actually need:
Import or build from scratch. Whether you're working with existing schedules from OracleⓇ Primavera P6Ⓡ, MicrosoftⓇ Project, or need to create detailed schedules from the ground up, Procore Scheduling gives you the flexibility to work how you want.
Seamlessly toggle between views. Switch effortlessly between high-level project plans and granular lookahead schedules designed to handle large schedules with upwards of 10,000 activities. Your project teams can work from both contract schedules and detailed field plans on the same platform, with changes instantly reflected across all views.
Real-time collaboration with conflict resolution. Multiple team members can collaborate on schedules simultaneously, with built-in conflict resolution. When conditions change in the field, stakeholders can see timeline impacts and can make informed adjustments.
Procore Scheduling delivers four key benefits that transform how construction teams manage project timelines:
Drive timeline alignment by enabling real-time collaboration across all stakeholders with a single source of truth that instantly communicates schedule updates, dependencies, and priorities to field and office teams.
Accelerate project delivery by eliminating the complexity of multiple scheduling tools and integrating critical path schedules with real-time field data on Procore's unified platform-no additional training, logins, or data transfers required.
Optimize planning and decision-making by leveraging data-driven insights from your field team's collective expertise to implement detailed work plans and make informed resource adjustments that help teams adapt to changing dynamics while maintaining project momentum.
Help proactively mitigate risk by connecting scheduling milestones and dependencies with Submittals, RFIs, and Inspections* to automatically surface potential delays before they impact project timelines, enabling you to develop contingency plans rather than scramble to recover lost time.
*Integration with Submittals will be available for Open Beta, whereas RFIs, Inspections, and additional Procore tools will follow after the General Availability (GA) launch, which is estimated for Q1 2026.
For existing Procore customers: Navigate to Procore Explore within your account to opt into the Scheduling Open Beta. Once enabled, you'll find the new Scheduling tool in your project navigation menu.
Import your existing schedules by uploading XER or MPP files. You can choose to import everything as read-only and use it as the basis for creating lookahead plans, or use your import as the starting point for creating an editable project schedule.
Start building by creating schedules directly within Procore, adding activities, setting dependencies, and establishing your project timeline.
Procore Scheduling represents a significant step forward in how construction teams plan, execute, and collaborate on projects. What we're launching today is just the beginning-our roadmap over the next twelve months is packed with capabilities that will make Scheduling even more powerful for construction teams.
In the meantime, here are a few you can look forward to:
Enhanced Procore integrations will expand beyond Submittals to include RFIs, Action Plans, and Inspections, creating a comprehensive view of project dependencies and automatically surfacing risks when critical items fall behind schedule.
Mobile-first field access will give your crews the tools they need to stay productive anywhere on the jobsite. Field teams will be able to access assignments, update progress, and flag issues instantly-even when connectivity is spotty-with automatic syncing when they're back online.
Advanced versioning and change tracking will provide complete transparency into schedule evolution. Every change will be automatically documented with full version history, restoration options, and clear visibility into what changed, when, and why.
