City of Bettendorf's 2026 Pavement Preservation Program Begins Wednesday, June 10

June 8, 2026 - Beginning Wednesday, June 10, 2026, the City of Bettendorf's 2026 Pavement Preservation Program gets underway with 20 locations scheduled for the year (see map below):

Wednesday, June 10 (GREEN)

  • 11 - Hillcrest Avenue from Spruce Hills Drive to Harmony Drive
  • 12 - Hillcrest Avenue from Olympia Drive to Harmony Drive
  • 13 - Crow Creek Park from Stafford Boulevard to 29th Street
  • 15 - Corral Court from Belmont Road to cul-de-sac
  • 16 - Aspen Hills Drive from Apple Valley Drive to 4010 Aspen Hills Drive
  • 17 - Lexington Court from New Lexington Drive to cul-de-sac
  • 18 - New Lexington Drive from 18th Street to Aspen Hills Drive
  • 19 - Kingsway Drive from 18th Street to cul-de-sac
  • 20 - Keenland Court from Kingsway Drive to cul-de-sac

Thursday, June 11 (ORANGE)

  • 1 - Bellevue-Central Alley (between 28th and 29th Streets) from 28th Street to 29th Street
  • 2 - Oak-Bellevue Alley (between 21st and 23rd Streets) from 21st Street to 23rd Street
  • 3 - Jones-Holmes Alley (west of 8th Street) from 707 Jones Street to 8th Street
  • 4 - Hall-Jones Alley (between 8th and 10th Streets) from 8th Street to 10th Street
  • 5 - Brown Street-Mississippi Boulevard Alley from 18th Street to Mississippi Boulevard
  • 6 - Brown Street-Mississippi Boulevard Alley from 17th Street to 18th Street
  • 7 - Brown Street-Mississippi Boulevard Alley from 16th Street to 17th Street
  • 8 - Brown Street-Grant Alley (west of 16th Street) from 16th Street to 15th Street
  • 9 - Mississippi Boulevard Alley from 15th Street to 16th Street
  • 10 - Parklane Circle from Fairlane Drive to north around the circle
  • 14 - Wildwood Trail from Lincoln Road to cul-de-sac

According to the manufacturer, it takes approximately 4 hours for the sealant to cure before traffic is allowed to drive on it. Therefore, residents should be prepared to not have access to their driveways for 4 hours once the sealant is applied.

The sealant is applied to recently resurfaced asphalt streets to help extend the life of the pavement.
