Yvonne Louro Promoted by Kearny Bank to1st Vice President / CRA Officer – Governance & Advisory Manager

FAIRFIELD, NJ (Sept. 17, 2026) - Neptune resident Yvonne Louro has been elevated by Kearny Bank to the position of 1st Vice President / CRA Officer - Governance & Advisory Manager. Her responsibilities include oversight of the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program, Compliance Fair Lending analytics program, and compliance governance activities.

A Monmouth University graduate, she holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. She also has earned CRCM certification from the American Bankers Association; CRACP certification from CRA Today; and FLE certification from Tuscan Club University.

Louro's community involvement includes interaction with Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Alaris Health, and the All-Stars Project.
