Emerson Simplifies Liquid Analysis to Improve Operational Efficiency

Rosemount 105P Standard Liquid Panel Systems speed water quality measurement installation with configurable, pre-engineered designs

SHAKOPEE, Minn. (Sept. 17, 2026) - Emerson today announced the Rosemountâ„¢ 105P Standard Liquid Panel Systems, configurable liquid analysis panel systems designed to reduce project complexity for water quality measurement applications. The pre-engineered panel systems combine Rosemount transmitters, sensors, cables, flow cells and flow control components into a repeatable architecture, simplifying integration and supporting a more streamlined path from specification to startup with less on-site assembly and labor.

Liquid analysis panel projects are often handled as one-off engineered systems or assembled from loose components, creating added ordering steps, site work and installation variability. The Rosemount 105P panel systems standardize common water quality measurement needs in a configurable system that supports a range of analytical measurements, including pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), dissolved oxygen and chlorine.

By combining Rosemount transmitters, sensors, cables, flow cells and flow control components into one ready-to-install system, the Rosemount 105P helps reduce the cost, time and effort required to specify, order, assemble and commission liquid analysis panels. Its configurable, pre-engineered design enables organizations to standardize deployments and replicate proven panel configurations across sites. Compared with assembling similar systems in the field, the Rosemount 105P can reduce engineering and assembly time by up to 90%, helping teams accelerate project execution while reducing complexity and installation variability.*

"Customers need liquid analysis systems that are easier to configure, order and put into service," said Peyton Munoz, global product manager for liquid analysis at Emerson. "The Rosemount 105P panel systems give customers a standardized option between loose components and fully custom engineered panels, helping them standardize common water quality applications while maintaining flexibility for their measurement needs."

Factory assembly, testing and documentation help create a consistent sample environment that supports reliable measurement performance and reduces variability often associated with field-built systems. By minimizing field fabrication, troubleshooting and maintenance complexity, the Rosemount 105P helps organizations significantly lower lifecycle costs while maintaining the water quality insights needed for process performance, compliance and operational efficiency.
