Harbour Energy – Dvalin North – completion and start-up

The audit was conducted on 8 and 9 June 2026.

Objective

The objective was to conduct an audit of Harbour Energy and the Dvalin Nord project, with a focus on the project's completion and transition to operational status. We paid particular attention to:

• Project management and project control
• Experiences and lessons learned, particularly from the launch of Dvalin in 2023
• Non-conformity handling and changes since the PDO
• The transition from project to operation, with a particular focus on the change from Wintershall Dea to Harbour Energy, as well as a subsequent, recently completed, internal reorganisation
• Completion and testing
• Barrier management

Result

We identified one non-conformity related to deficiencies in the handling of non-conformities. In addition, an improvement point was identified concerning necessary resources.

What happens now?

We have asked Harbour Energy to report to us by 28 August 2026 on how the non-conformity will be addressed, and to give us their assessment of the improvement point observed.
