One-Way Traffic Control Next Week

Calaveras County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will have traffic controls in place to perform construction and maintenance activities on State Routes 4 (SR-4), 26, and 49 in Calaveras County next week.

State Route 4

  • One-way traffic control takes place at Sierra Parkway for tree work on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

State Route 26

  • One-way traffic control takes from Church Street to Prindle Road for tree work on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control takes place at Gill Haven Drive for tree work on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control takes place from Rich Gulch Lane to Lower Dorray Road for tree work on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

State Route 49

  • One-way traffic control takes place from SR-26 to Main Street for tree work beginning Monday, May 18, 2026, through Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
