Congrats Grads! Plan Ahead for Rutgers Commencement Traffic

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (May 15, 2026) - Huge congratulations to all the graduating Scarlet Knights!
Rutgers University gears up for a massive weekend culminating in the commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 17, at 10 a.m. at SHI Stadium on the Busch Campus in Piscataway.
Please be mindful of traffic congestion expected in New Brunswick. Be extra cautious around Route 18, College Avenue, George Street, River Road, Hoes Lane, Metlars Lane, and the John Lynch and Landing Lane bridges. Plan your routes accordingly and allow for extra travel time. Safe travels and congratulations again to the Class of 2026!
