Lead Plaintiffs Appointed in Coty Inc. Shareholder Litigation
On June 10, 2026, Judge Valerie Figueredo, United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, signed an order consolidating recent class actions filed on behalf of shareholders of Coty Inc. who were harmed by alleged securities fraud. The consolidated case is captioned In re Coty Inc. Securities Litigation, 1:26-cv-02343-RA-VF.
In addition to consolidating the cases, Judge Figueredo appointed Levi & Korsinsky, LLP and Pomerantz LLP as Co-Lead Counsel. A copy of the order can be viewed here.
