DENVER, CO - Thursday, September 4, 2025 - Compass, Inc. (NYSE: COMP), the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States and leading tech-enabled real estate services company, announces the addition of Colorado Home Realty (CHR), an independent brokerage based in Littleton, CO that closed $617.2 million in sales volume last year. Led by Co-Founder and CEO Matt Hudson, CHR has established a strong reputation since its founding in 2005 for delivering exceptional client service, in-depth local expertise, and active community engagement. By joining Compass, CHR agents will gain access to Compass' industry-leading technology platform, exclusive inventory, and extensive referral network, enabling them to best serve their clients' needs.
