PONY AI Inc. Partners with ATBB to Advance Asset-Light Strategy and Target Premium Business Travel Segment

Beijing, China, January 28, 2026 -- Pony AI Inc. ("Pony.ai" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: PONY; HKEX: 2026), a global leader in achieving large-scale mass production and commercialization of autonomous driving technology, today announced a strategic partnership with Beijing ATBB Travel & Express Service Co., Ltd. ("ATBB"), a mobility services provider specializing in premium business travel and airport transfer services, to deploy fully driverless Robotaxi fleets. This collaboration will strategically advance Pony.ai's asset-light operating model while providing momentum toward its target of deploying more than 3,000 Robotaxi vehicles by the end of 2026.

Following last year's milestone in Guangzhou where the seventh-generation ("Gen-7") Robotaxi achieved city-wide unit economics ("UE") breakeven, the Company has increasingly attracted partners embracing an asset-light operating model, accelerating its multi-year roadmap for mass production and scaled commercial deployment. Under the terms of the strategic partnership, ATBB will oversee fleet operations and safety and service guarantees, while Pony.ai will focus on Virtual Driver technology and scalable Robotaxi dispatch and service. Both companies will benefit economically from the fleet and asset operations.

The partnership will also enable Pony.ai to expand into higher-value mobility use cases by leveraging ATBB's deep operational expertise in premium business travel, including airport and high-speed rail transfers. This allows Pony.ai to engage with a broader base of enterprise and individual users. Vehicles deployed under the partnership will also be seamlessly integrated into ATBB's premium mobility platform, Xinghui Mobility. This nationwide partnership will commence in Beijing, connecting passengers to Beijing Daxing International Airport, one of China's busiest aviation hubs, which recorded 53.6 million passenger trips in 2025. Both companies plan a future expansion into major cities throughout China.
