Hands-Only CPR Challenge for Heart Health Month

Hello Bridgeport!

February is Heart Health Month, and we have an incredible opportunity to show the strength of our Bridgeport community!

We are joining a statewide collective challenge to see how many people we can get to watch a Hands-Only CPR video. It's a team effort to ensure as many neighbors as possible know this life-saving skill, whether they are learning it for the first time or just need a quick refresher.

How to Participate: It only takes about two minutes! Use the link below to watch the video (available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin) and answer two simple questions:

1. Is this your first time viewing or a refresher?
2. What town do you live in? (Make sure to select Bridgeport!)
