Participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Central Asian States

On November 15, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin participated in the Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Central Asian States held in Tashkent.

During the meeting, the ministers discussed issues related to strengthening political dialogue and developing multifaceted regional cooperation. They also discussed new opportunities for expanding trade and economic ties, advancing sustainable transport and communication solutions, and implementing initiatives in the field of the "green economy."

Special emphasis was placed on the further development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

The parties conducted a substantive exchange of views on current issues on the international and regional agenda.

Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan noted the need to enhance cooperation on the background of growing challenges and threats and expressed their readiness to intensify collective efforts to strengthen stability, security, and sustainable development.

The ministers agreed on the draft agenda and the final documents for the upcoming Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia.
