U.S. News & World Report ranks CEAT among 2026 Best Online Engineering Graduate Programs

The College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology at Oklahoma State University has been ranked No. 24 among the 2026 Best Online Master's in Engineering Programs by U.S. News & World Report. This continues to place CEAT at the No. 1 spot in the state of Oklahoma.

Additionally, CEAT was ranked No. 15 among the 2026 Best Online Master's in Engineering Programs for Veterans, also placing CEAT in the No. 1 spot in Oklahoma in this category.

U.S. News evaluated schools in the Online Master's in Engineering Graduate Programs based on a variety of factors, such as student engagement, faculty credentials and services and technologies.

"This recognition reflects CEAT's unwavering commitment to delivering engineering education that is rigorous, relevant and accessible," said Dr. Hanchen Huang, dean of CEAT. In its 14th year, the U.S. News Best Online Programs is designed for individuals looking to complete or further their education. This year's edition evaluates more than 1,800 online bachelor's and master's degree programs using metrics specific to online learning. The rankings include only degree-granting programs offered primarily online by regionally accredited institutions.

"What sets the top-ranked online programs apart is their commitment to delivering flexible coursework for professionals, parents and service members seeking to advance their careers and broaden their knowledge," said Dr. LaMont Jones, managing editor for education at U.S. News.
