高松市長定例記者会見にて、市民課AI電話の自動応答の本格運用開始が発表されました

2026年9月30日に開催された高松市長定例記者会見において、高松市が窓口DXの取り組みの一つとして進める市民課のAI電話サービスについて、2026年10月13日（火）よりAIによる自動応答の本格運用を開始することが発表されました。


本サービスには、当社のグループ会社である株式会社電話放送局が提供するAI電話自動応答サービス「DHK CANVAS エージェントプラン」が採用されています。
