Registration is now open for the New York State Workers' Compensation Board 2026 Conference!

Please join us as we highlight important advances that make the Board and the NYS workers' compensation system better for workers, better for business, and better for health care providers.

This full-day program is open to anyone with a professional interest in workers' compensation and will provide multiple Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit-bearing opportunities.

The Francis Perkins Award Luncheon will honor an individual for serving with distinction, embodying the Frances Perkins spirit, and making a positive impact on the NYS workers' compensation system.

The conference will also mark the 25^th anniversary of 9/11 by examining how the Board and workers' compensation system responded then, and how they continue to address the tragedy's lasting effects today.

All sessions will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with check-in beginning at 8:15 a.m.

The cost is $100 to attend plus a 2.5% service fee. There are a limited number of hardship scholarships available to those who qualify. Registration is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities

Sponsors

There are two sponsorship levels available:

• Silver: $500 plus a 2.5% processing fee that will be automatically applied after your payment is submitted.
  • Organization logo will appear in the conference program
  • Organization logo will appear on signage in the exhibit area
  • Two complimentary attendee registrations
• Gold: $1,000 plus a 2.5% processing fee that will be automatically applied after your payment is submitted.
  • Organization logo and contact information will appear in the conference program
  • Organization logo will appear on signage in the exhibit area
  • Two complimentary attendee registrations

Exhibitors

The cost for exhibitor space is $950, plus a 2.5% processing fee that will be automatically applied after your payment is submitted. Exhibitors receive two complimentary attendee registrations, and exhibit space includes a 6' table with two chairs. Tables will be skirted, and exhibitors can bring their own table coverings.

Participation as a sponsor or exhibitor does not constitute an endorsement by the NYS Workers' Compensation Board.
