赵乐际会见柬埔寨人民党主席、参议院主席洪森（2026-06-25）

2026年6月25日下午，中共中央政治局常委、全国人大常委会委员长赵乐际在北京会见柬埔寨人民党主席、参议院主席洪森。

赵乐际表示，去年4月，习近平主席对柬埔寨进行国事访问，两国领导人共同宣布构建新时代全天候中柬命运共同体。中方愿同柬方一道，以两党两国领导人达成的重要共识为指引，赓续传统友谊，加强战略协作，共谋发展振兴。中国全国人大愿同柬立法机构互学互鉴立法、监督等工作经验，促进两国人民相知相亲，更好助力中柬命运共同体建设。

洪森表示，柬中建交以来，双边关系历经国际风云变幻考验，提升为新时代全天候命运共同体。柬方坚定奉行对华友好政策，愿同中方加强政党、立法机构等交流合作，深化柬中铁杆友谊。
