Richardson Animal Shelter to Take Part in Mega Adoption Event
The Richardson Animal Shelter is joining the Humane Society of North Texas and dozens of North Texas animal shelters for an adoption event to find homes for more than 1,000 pets.
The Mega Adoption will take place on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and on Sunday, Aug. 16 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
The event will be held at the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall at 3401 W. Lancaster Ave. in Fort Worth.
It will feature dogs, cats and other small furry pets.
The adoption fees will be $25 or less and have include spay/neutering, microchipping and age-appropriate vaccinations.
All pets will go home the very same day.
