Greetings to the expanded meeting of the Healthcare Ministry Board

The message reads, in part:

"Based on last year's results, we can confidently speak about major achievements in Russia's modern medicine. The implementation of the Long and Active Life national project includes the creation and renovation of healthcare facilities in all regions, which are being supplied with modern equipment and vehicles, about 70 percent of which are made domestically. Medical assistance, including high-tech services, is becoming more accessible and of higher quality, with improvements to the supply of medicines and efforts to develop genetic technologies and personalised medicine methods, offering unique possibilities for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dangerous diseases. A comprehensive system has been created to provide priority medical and psychological assistance and rehabilitation to the participants and veterans of the special military operation and their families. I would like to emphasise that for the first time, the infant mortality rate has dropped to an all-time low."
