DON’T FORGET TO COMPLETE YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE WAIVER

This is a friendly reminder to complete your student health insurance waiver. If you have not done so by now, please click the link below to complete the waiver. The last day to complete the waiver is September 6, 2025. After this date, you will automatically be enrolled in the student health insurance and we can not cancelit. If you opted out in banner on your student authorization form, THAT IS NOT THE WAIVER. You must click the link below to officially opt out of student health insurance and provide your insurance information.
