    Officers responded to a Mooney Street business on a report of a disturbance. An employee of a towing business reported an individual who was upset over their car being towed had threatened an employee and damaged the tow truck.

Officers later located the truck and were able to identify the operator.

    Peter Allen, 41, of Norwood was placed under arrest on charges of Larceny, Possession of a Class A Substance, and warrants out of courts in Boston and Dedham. Allen was stopped by police after an employee of a local business reported he'd stolen 17 bottles of wine with a retail value of $906. During the arrest Allen was found to have heroin in his possession.
