Secretary-General of ASEAN attends dinner hosted by the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ASEAN
Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this evening attended a dinner hosted by H.E. Noy Choumneanh, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ASEAN. The dinner provided an opportunity for continued engagement following Ambassador Noy's presentation of credentials on 12 January 2026. Both sides exchanged views on ASEAN Community-building efforts, ASEAN's external relations, and regional and international developments, contributing to strengthened mutual understanding and working relations between the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR) and the ASEAN Secretariat.
