Lewisville 2035 visioning event

The City of Lewisville is undertaking a comprehensive update to its Lewisville 2025 vision plan, originally adopted in 2015 and updated in 2020. The new Plan will be called Lewisville 2035 and will guide the City through the next decade. For information, visit cityoflewisville.com/Lewisville2035.

A Community Visioning Workshop will be held Thursday, Sept. 18, 5-8 p.m., at Lewisville Grand Theater, 100 N. Charles Street, to hear from residents about issues and ideas that they believe should be addressed in the Lewisville 2035 vision plan.

Activities will include a performance by the Old Town Brass, free hot dog dinner (hot dog, chips, and fruit), community art project, Marco's Room for kids and families to share their thoughts through coloring and hands-on activities, speakers including LHS football coach Michael Odle, and input stations to learn about and give specific input on top priorities. The come-and-go event is open to all ages.
