Within the framework of the Care@Work Project, implemented by ILO Office for Türkiye with financial support from Sweden, applications are invited from enterprises interested in participating in an approximately 8-month joint working programme aimed at developing equality-driven and care-supportive workplace practices.

The Care@Work Project aims to support a better reconciliation of work and care responsibilities, promote the development of equitable and inclusive workplace policies, and contribute to strengthening women's participation in employment and their position in the workplace.

Eligibility Criteria:

Enterprises with at least 1,000 employees that respect human rights and fundamental labour rights, and that are willing to strengthen their institutional framework in the areas of care policies and equality, are eligible to apply. Commitment from senior management and adoption of a social dialogue approach are expected.

Applications must be submitted by completing the relevant Enterprise Application Form.

Deadline for applications: 15 March 2026, close of business.

We invite all eligible enterprises that aim to develop sustainable and institutionalized practices promoting both equality-driven and care-supportive workplaces to apply.

Integrating equality-driven and care-supportive workplace practices is a strategic investment that enhances workforce stability, strengthens employer branding, supports productivity gains, and contributes to sustainable business performance.
