Planned Alabama Medicaid System Maintenance – August 22, 2026

RE: Planned Alabama Medicaid System Maintenance - August 22, 2026

The Alabama Medicaid Agency (Medicaid) will be conducting planned system maintenance on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to update key IT systems and infrastructure. Intermittent outages will occur from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

During this maintenance window, several Medicaid applications and online services will be temporarily unavailable. Work is expected to be completed by 6:00 p.m. on August 22nd.

Please note that the Eligibility system and Claims system will remain available during this maintenance.

Affected applications include:

  • Alabama Medicaid Website
  • Elderly and Disabled (E&D) Application
  • Estate Notice of Probate Portal
  • Expedite Portal
  • Fraud and Abuse Reporting Portal
  • Gateway to Community Living (GCL) Portal
  • Hospital to Home Portal
  • One Door Alabama Portal
  • One Health Record ® Portal (only affects portal access)
  • Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnancy Webform Application
