Breastfeeding Education and Resources at Ascension St. John

As families navigate the early weeks of parenthood, access to expert, compassionate support can make all the difference. August is World Breastfeeding Month and Ascension St. John Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Susan Reeder, visited with News on 6's Tatum Guinn to talk about the importance of breastfeeding education and knowing what resources are available before the baby arrives.

With dedicated International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) on staff, St. John Medical Center, St. John Owasso, and St. John Jane Phillips in Bartlesville offer prenatal education classes, inpatient bedside visits, consultations, and resources to support every family's feeding journey.
