Brass Ring Capital is pleased to announce that Roger Stepaniak and Ben Ikeda have recently joined the company as Vice Presidents.

Roger has over 25 years of M&A and corporate finance experience serving small to mid-market companies. He has a successful track record in deal origination, business and credit analysis, debt and equity placements, financial advisory, and has participated in over 100 investment banking assignments valued at more than $1 billion. Ben was previously a Vice President at Cherry Tree & Associates, a Minneapolis-based investment banking firm. While at Cherry Tree, he focused on executing M&A transactions across business services, industrials, and technology sectors. His responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.
