Greetings to participants and guests of Russia-ASEAN Business Forum

The message reads, in part:

"This year's forum, which has brought together leading representatives of the Russian and ASEAN business communities in the welcoming city of Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan, is especially significant. This year marks the 35th anniversary of Russia-ASEAN relations. Over these years, we have accumulated substantial experience in multifaceted cooperation, built strong partnerships, including between the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and the Russia-ASEAN Business Council, and laid a solid foundation for further expanding our cooperation.

Today, we are facing a new set of tasks. These include the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence-based digital solutions and the development of resilient digital platforms. Significant potential also exists in the fields of energy and food security, the exchange of advanced technologies, and cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, as well as in transport and logistics. Importantly, our partners in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the Eurasian Economic Union, and other associations, whose representatives are taking part in this forum, are actively engaged in these same areas of cooperation.

I am confident that the outcomes of the Russia-ASEAN Summit will create new opportunities for expanding mutually beneficial trade, investment, and industrial cooperation, while also strengthening direct dialogue between our business communities. These efforts will contribute to the socioeconomic development of our countries."

The President of Russia wished the forum's participants and guests every success in their endeavours and all the very best.
