BALTIMORE, MD - St. John Properties, Inc. has promoted Doug Littleton to Assistant Vice President, and Mark Hadaway and Conor Reynolds to Director in the company's in-house Interior Construction Division. Littleton joined the company in 2010 and was previously Director, Hadaway began in 2000 and was formerly Senior Project Manager, and Reynolds, previously Project Manager, has worked with St. John Properties since 2022.
St. John Properties is a Baltimore-based, vertically integrated commercial real estate development and management company with a national portfolio valued at more than $6 billion. A key component of the company's vertically integrated business model is the offering of Interior Design and Interior Construction services, which provide clients with a seamless experience from the initial phases of the lease process through occupancy.
All three professionals oversee tenant build-outs for businesses leasing new space, expanding, or renovating within St. John Properties' Maryland portfolio. Their responsibilities include coordinating construction schedules, managing budgets, overseeing third-party contractors, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the company's quality standards.
By serving as the general contractor throughout the build-out process, St. John Properties' Interior Construction team provides clients with a single point of contact, streamlines project coordination, and minimizes disruptions, allowing businesses to remain focused on their day-to-day operations.
Littleton has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing extensive knowledge of project management and construction operations to his new position. He earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Baker College of Flint.
Hadaway brings more than 26 years of construction management experience to his new role, having spent his entire professional career with St. John Properties. Throughout his tenure, he has developed extensive knowledge of the company's construction practices, building standards, and tenant improvement processes.
Reynolds has nine years of construction management experience and will now manage interior construction projects throughout company's southern Maryland portfolio, including Prince George's, Charles, St. Mary's, and Wicomico Counties. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
"The attention to detail and work ethic consistently exhibited by these professionals epitomizes our company's client-first philosophy," stated Tom Nelson, Senior Vice President, Interior Construction at St. John Properties. "Working alongside our in-house interior designers, our interior construction team is differentiated by our ability to deliver purposeful built-out environments that align with a company's corporate culture, improves operational efficiencies, and exceeds client expectations.
