Auto Care Association Announces 2026 Industry Award Winners for Excellence in Education

ATLANTA - May 20, 2026 - The Auto Care Association recently announced the winners of its annual awards recognizing excellence in education and workforce development within the auto care industry. The awards were presented during the association's 2026 Auto Care Connect event, that took place in Atlanta, Georgia last week, and included the 2026 Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award and the 2026 Auto Care Education (ACE) Award.

2026 Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award Winner

The Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award is annually presented to an individual who demonstrates a passion for advancing education and continuing education within the North American auto care industry.

The 2026 Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award recipient is William Babcox, CEO, Babcox Media, Inc.

Babcox has dedicated his career to advancing industry knowledge, technical education and professional development throughout the automotive aftermarket.
