City of Pasadena Offers Informational Meetings on Fire Department Services and Measure PFD

PASADENA, Calif.-The City of Pasadena is expanding its outreach efforts to ensure residents have clear, accessible, and factual information regarding the Pasadena Fire Department's current and future operational needs, as well as Measure PFD, ahead of the November 3 ballot. As part of this effort, the City is encouraging community members and local organizations to take part in informational meetings designed to deepen understanding of the Fire Department's services, current level of personnel and equipment, and long-term planning requirements.

To support informed decision-making, the City invites neighborhood associations, homeowners' groups, business organizations, service clubs, faith-based organizations, and other community groups to host one of these informational sessions. City staff and Fire Chief Chad Augustin are available to attend and deliver a comprehensive presentation that includes:

• Factual information about the Fire Department's operational needs
• An overview of the contents of Measure PFD
• Responses to questions from participants
