US-23 detour in Alpena next week for maintenance
ALPENA, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be adjusting manhole covers on US-23 (State Street) between Ripley Boulevard and Chisholm Street in Alpena, requiring a detour for through-traffic.
