Find Flavor and Fun at Palm Desert Food & Wine

Great food has a way of bringing people together, and for four days in March, Palm Desert Food & Wine invites the community to gather, taste, and enjoy. Taking place March 19-22 at The Gardens on El Paseo, the festival offers a relaxed yet elevated celebration of culinary artistry, hospitality, and the shared enjoyment of food and drink.

The weekend features tastings, demonstrations, and special experiences led by acclaimed chefs and culinary talent from across the country. This year's participants include celebrity chefs Curtis Stone, Alex Guarnaschelli, Jet Tila, Zac Young, and more, giving attendees the opportunity to sample dishes and ideas directly from the people shaping today's evolving food scene.

The highlight of the weekend is the James Beard Luncheon on Friday, Mar. 20, an intimate dining experience that showcases inspired menus, exceptional ingredients, and engaging cooking demonstrations. The celebration continues Saturday and Sunday with the Grand Tastings, where guests can sample offerings from local and regional restaurants alongside a wide selection of wines, beers, and spirits. Designed for exploration, the tastings encourage guests to move at their own pace, discover new favorites, and enjoy conversation along the way.

Palm Desert Food & Wine also extends throughout the Coachella Valley with a series of special experiences, including events at the Parker Hotel, a Celebrity Chef Reception where guests can meet and interact with the talent behind the weekend's menus, and the popular Palm to Table Date Farm experience. Together, these events expand the festival's reach, inviting residents and visitors from across the valley to take part in the celebration.

Supported by the City of Palm Desert, Palm Desert Food & Wine is one of the city's signature events, reflecting its role as a destination for arts and culture through inspired experiences in an atmosphere that is easy for food enthusiasts of all kinds to enjoy.
