EdTech Evidence Board pilot: findings from phases 1 and 2

This report presents findings from the Evidence Board (EEB) pilot, funded by the Department for Education and carried out by the Chartered College of Teaching.

Across 2 phases, the project explored and tested an independent, transparent approach to evaluating evidence for products.

The report covers:

• the design, development and testing of an evidence evaluation framework
• the pilot review process
• resources to support evidence-informed practice across the sector

• independent assessment of evidence is feasible and valued
