Arvest Makes Forbes' 2026 Best-in-State Employer List

Arvest has been named to Forbes 2026 America's Best-in-State Employers list in Arkansas for the seventh consecutive year. The bank ranked first in the banking and financial services industry and 14th overall in the state.

Published in partnership with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, Forbes' annual list of top employers is identified through an independent survey from a vast sample of over 245,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people within the U.S. In total, about 2 million employer evaluations were considered over a three-year period.

An employer's final score was determined on a state-by-state basis and built upon two types of employee evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry). Employers with the highest total scores within a given state were awarded Best-in-State Employers 2026.
