Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning attended the Opening Ceremony of the Heads of Civil Service Meetings of the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) and the 8th ACCSM+3, in Siem Reap, Cambodia, featuring a special address by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, which marked the official commencement of the Meetings. The Ceremony was also featured welcome remarks by H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chair of the 23rd ACCSM and the 8th ACCSM +3.
