The board will review the RIK contract proposed by the Department of Natural Resources, which was first noticed on October 21, 2025:

The purpose of this meeting is for the board to (a) elect a Chair and Vice Chair, (b) review the royalty in-kind process, and (c) review proposed comments and any public comments received on the proposed royalty in-kind contract.
This meeting will be held in a conference room at the Department of Natural Resources. Participation by the members of the public is invited through the digital platform Microsoft Teams or via phone.
The public may provide comments or questions at the time that the members of the Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board deem appropriate during this meeting. This meeting will be recorded in accordance with 11 AAC 26.120. The Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board may amend its proposed agenda and may consider other agenda items during this meeting.
